2011 Conference Information
The 2011 Conference will be a joint affair with the South Carolina Association of Reconstruction Specialists and the Southeast Accident Reconstruction Society. It will be held in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina (near Charleston) beginning on July 24th and ending on July 29th, 2011. More information is available at www.scarsrecon.org.Dates

Vendor Rates |
Vendor rates are the applicable rates ( by post marked date above) plus $100.00. This includes one skirted table and one person. Any additional person will be subject to the applicable rate (post marked registration date). |

Members include anyone who has a membership in good standing in SCARS/SeARS/IAARS or an active officer in the SCHP. All rates will include one guest pass to supper meals and evening hospitality. Additional guests will be subject to a fee of $35.00. Children under the age of 10 will be free but must be included in your registration. |

Hotel
The hotel is $104.00 per night plus tax (which I was 11.5% when the contract was signed)

Additional Notes
We'll be serving alot of meals at this conference so individual costs should be minimized to some degree. It is our intention to serve breakfast Mon - Fri, lunch Mon-Thurs and supper Tues-Thurs. As always, we'll have hospitality every night from Sunday - Thurs evenings. We would like participation by someone from all associations at this function to help out. This should be a fun and informative conference to attend. If you have any questions from me at all, please don't hesitate to contact David Marthers or myself. Either the association or the attendee will be responsible for conference fees for all association board members who attend.
