| Mr.
Brandt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Michigan University
in Sociology: Criminal Justice and has received traffic crash
investigation training from the Michigan State Police, IPTM, TEEX and the
Traffic Institute at Northwestern University. He is an adjunct faculty
member for the Institute of Police Technology and Management, University
of North Florida, and has taught traffic crash investigation for the
Michigan State Police. He earned full ACTAR certification as a traffic
crash reconstructionist in 1993, is an affiliate member of the Society of
